    Due to high demand, please book at least a month in advance
    - minimum 10 guests.

    Area spacing depends on the size of your parties

    - Food & Drinks are NOT included -

    • 10-16 guests : $400 on weekdays, $600 on weekends
    • 17-35 guests : $600 on weekdays, $1100 on weekends
    • 36-65 guests : $1100 on weekdays, $1900 on weekends (Free charcuterie boards)

    Holiday prices might be different.

     

    Time Frames : 1:00pm - 4:00pm or 5:00pm - 8:00pm

    Include:

    • 3 hours party - staffs are in place to help with the event
    • Table set up - tablecloths with runners, gold plates & utensils, glass cups, napkins
    • Flower & candle decorations
    • Extra table for cake/gifts

    Note: Our event menus are designed to be served as a buffet style or in group platters — so it cannot be exactly like our daily menu.

    Service Charge & Tax are not included.

    20% of Service Charge will be applied on each bill. This service charge is not meant to be a Gratuity but is instead used by management for operational costs including providing employees fair wags and benefits.

    KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

    SEATING TIME

    Your seating begins at your schedule time, regardless of late arrivals, and lasts 3 hours. Requested extra time will have an extra charge depending on the area you have booked and if availability allows ($40-60 for each additional 30 minutes). Once time has passed, cleanup will start. 

    Additional 15 minutes set-up time before the event & 15 minutes wrap-up time after the event provided. Staffs are in place to help with the event. 

    DECORATIONS

    You may bring your own table decorations and centerpieces. However, we do not allow decoration on the walls; candles (except for cake), firecrackers, flying balloons, or any type of confetti in our café (including confetti sprinkles confetti filled balloons, and table confetti). If you are bringing other equipment for your party, please text (408) 674-4050, or email kcafebascom@gmail.com for clarification.

    You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your event to set up decorations.

    OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY

    You may bring your own cake (only for private events), but there is a caking cutting service charge of $3 per reserved seat (paper plates will be provided). 

    All other outside food is prohibited due to health concerns. 

    PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

    Deposit: We require 50% of the estimated total to reserve your date and time. 

    • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will go towards your final bill.
    • Your reservation is not completed until we receive your deposit payment (please wait for an email invoice)
    • Your reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 48 hours from the time of receipt.

    Payment: The remaining balance must be made in-full 10 days prior to your party. 

    Cancellation : Any reschedules or cancellations must be done 7 days in advance of scheduled event.

    • If cancels less than 7 days before the scheduled event, NO refunds or reschedules will be provided, as your agreement to rent the place may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.
    • If cancels more than 7 days before your schedule event, only reschedule will be provided. (Reschedule + deposit transfer will only be allowed once. After your 1st reschedule, a new non-refundable deposit is required to reschedule again and your old deposit is forfeited)
    FINAL GUEST COUNT

    For proper staffing and food & beverage planning, final guest count and final menu selections are due 7 days in advance. Any additional guests over the guarantee will be charged on the day of the event. Each additional last minutes guest will be $95 per guest with food and drink provide for them.

    All children must be included in your final headcount. No boosters or high chairs available.

    Everyone in your party must partake in the menu.

    BUYOUT

    To book & buy out the entire venue for the event (3 hrs), all events are required to meet a minimum of $4,000 spent on food & rental — excluding service charge & tax.

    The café can accommodate seated dinners of up to 40 people and standing receptions of up to 70 people.

    We do not have a private room.

    PARKING

    Please make sure guests who are driving to allow extra time for parking !!!

    Parking can be very tricky. We have a private parking lot behind the café but spots full up quickly. If it is full, please find street parking.

    Recommend car pooling whenever possible as you'd want to be on time to enjoy the full experience.
