Need a place to celebrate a special occasion? We are the ones for you! K Café is the perfect place to celebrate your Bridal Shower, Birthday Party, Cooperation Party, Anniversary Celebration, Holiday Celebration, or any Special Occasion. Our café is divided into 4 dining sections available for your private party. Celebrate your event with the special people in your life at our gorgeous cafe!

Due to high demand, please book at least a month in advance. Minimum 10 guests.

Rental prices: (area spacing depends on the size of your parties) 

• 10-16 guests : $400 on weekdays; $600 on weekends - food & drinks are not included.

• 17-36 guests : $600 on weekdays; $1100 on weekends - food & drinks are not included.

• 37-70 guests : $1100 on weekdays; $2100 on weekends - food & drinks are not included (prefer buffet style - Free Charcuterie boards)

OPTION 1 : Lux High Tea - $55 per person

OPTION 2 : Vegetarian High Tea - $60 per person

* Any additional drink at the event: + 10 per cup (Presented in glassware)

No Vegan, Gluten-free, or Dairy-free option. Food & Drinks prepared here may contain Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soybean, Nuts.

Service Charge & Tax are not included 

20% of Service Charge will be applied on each bill. This service charge is not meant to be a gratuity but is instead used by management for operational costs including providing employees fair wages and benefits. 

 

Outdoor  

PATIO 1 - The Carriage Patio 

Up to 22 guests. best area for big group.
Rental prices: $400 on weekdays; $600 on weekends - food & drinks are not included. 


PATIO 2 - The Mural Patio

Up to 20 guests
Rental prices: $350 on weekdays; $550 on weekends - food & drinks are not included. 

 

 

PATIO 3 - The Goddess Patio

Up to 16 guests
Rental prices: $300 on weekdays; $500 on weekends - food & drinks are not included.

OUTSIDE FOODS POLICY

You may bring your own cake (only for private events), but there is a service charge of $3 per guest (cake cutting fee included)

All other outside food is prohibited due to health concerns.

DECORATIONS

You may bring your own table decorations and centerpieces. However, we do not allow decoration on the walls; candles (except for cake), firecrackers, flying balloons, or any type of confetti in our tea house (including confetti sprinkles, confetti filled balloons, and table confetti). If you are bringing other equipment for your party, please email kcafeteahouse@gmail.com for clarification.

You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your event to set up decorations.

EVENT HOURS

Once booked, your event will last for 3 hours (regardless of late arrivals). Requested extra time will have an extra charge depending on the area you have booked and if availability allows. Once time has passed, cleanup will start. 

($40-60 for each additional 30 minutes depending if availability allows)

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION 

We require a 50% deposit of the estimated total for the event at least 2 weeks before the event date. The remaining balance must be paid a week before your event date. Any extra charges or additions will be paid on the day of the event if extra guests or items are bought. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. All deposits are non-refundable. 

Your booking is not complete until we receive your deposit payment. Please wait for an email invoice.  

We are able to receive maximum 3 split cards.

15% of Service Charge will be applied on each bill. This service charge is not meant to be a gratuity but is instead used by management for operational costs including providing employees fair wages and benefits. 
18% gratuity charged will be applied to the total bill for groups of 6 or more people. 

FINAL GUEST COUNT

For proper staffing and food & beverage planning, final guest count and final menu selections are due 14 days in advance.
Any additional guests over the guarantee will be charged on the final bill on the day of the event. Each additional last minute guest will be $95 per guest with food and drink provide for them.

MENU

All menu items are subject to change without notice. Due to ingredients seasonality, we present the best ingredients based on seasons for the best flavors. If you have allergies, please let us know when booking in the notes.

PARKING
We have a private parking lot behind the café. If the lot is full, we recommend off street parking. 
Recommend car pooling whenever possible as you’d want to be on time to enjoy the full experience.
